A new collection of pencil cases, or handmade little bags

Linased pinalid, arhailine tikand

Come to the Laulasmaa fair on 4 July.

When I designed and sewed the previous little bags, I called them pencil cases. To my surprise, though, they were bought not for stationery but mostly as bags for cosmetics and hobby supplies. As one client mentioned, she liked the cut of these bags: thoroughly convenient for keeping cosmetics in and getting at them.
Although I would rather not define what these little bags are for, I still call them pencil cases by convention.

Since the previous batch has sold out, I designed new and novel ones. The most beautiful and exclusive this time are simple, stylish bags of thick (pre washed) linen with wonderfully pretty embroidery.

New and distinctive models of MailisDesign handmade pencil cases:
* In rose patterned fabric and in decorative fabric with horses in an archaic Norwegian style, in various cuts, beautiful and cheerful;
* In denim and checked flannel, in denim and striped shirting, and dark blue cases with mischievous cats, for boys;
* Stylishly cut little bags of black sateen with lace and rosettes, for young people;
* Linen cases with lace and rosettes, for young women;
* Linen bags with archaic embroidery, very beautiful and exclusive.

This time the sewing is the result of team work. A big step forward in my work so far. Thank you to Merike, Liia and Aivi.
SEE YOU AT THE LAULASMAA FAIR.

The first products of the new model have already found their owners, adding to the prize fund of the young riders at the Estonian Championships in riding at Ruila (25 to 28 June 2015).
I was glad to give my work for the benefit of the event held at Ruila, since that is where my products have sold well.
