As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from goods bought in the online store within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Fill in the withdrawal form on this same page (no sign-in required) or write to [email protected]. We will send you a confirmation with the date and time without delay.

Returning the product

After withdrawing, send the product back within 14 days. You may open and try the goods just as you could in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please use the original packaging where possible. The direct cost of return (postage) is borne by the buyer.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. If you withdraw from only part of the order, the delivery cost is refunded in proportion to the returned items. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you have returned it.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised (e.g. items sewn with a name or to the customer's request).

Non-conformity of the product

If the product is defective, in addition to the right of withdrawal you have the right to turn to the seller within 2 years. To do so, contact [email protected].
