A nice and stylish shoulder bag for women, made of leather and wool knit. Two large zippered pockets on the front, with a small zippered pocket inside. Adjustable shoulder strap. Very light and soft. Base 24 x 8 cm. Coin purse measurements: 15 x 10 cm. The octagram, or eight-pointed cross, a light-radiating cross, is widely known in Europe as a magical good-luck symbol, and a symbol of love and fertility. It was also known as the symbol of Venus, the morning star – a symbol of light against darkness. As a symbol of the North Star, it serves as a directional marker, showing both the main compass points and the intermediate ones such as northeast, southeast, southwest, northwest. Material: genuine leather (production offcuts) and wool knit (from a traditional-style folk sweater). Lining: lining silk. The products use offcuts from industrial production. By buying these products, you make your own small contribution to protecting our environment.

How and how quickly will my order arrive?
We ship orders to a parcel machine or by courier across Europe. All products in the shop are dispatched within 2–7 business days. For special orders we agree the delivery time separately.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, products bought from the online shop have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive them. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items made specially to order cannot be returned.
How do I care for woolen and linen products?
We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we're happy to make products to order — for example in the colour, size or with the embroidery you want. Get in touch and we'll talk through your wishes.

In my work I place great emphasis on quality and sustainability. I mainly sew handmade products for the home, office, kindergarten, school and as gift bags, using leftovers from large-scale production and materials sourced from second-hand shops (upcycled/zero-waste).
Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
