A set of cosmetics bags handmade in patchwork technique. The set includes 3 bags nested inside one another. The smallest bag - holds the tiniest items: lipstick, eyeshadow, jewellery, etc. One photo shows the smallest bag next to a hand for scale. Bag size: base 9 x 6 cm, bag height 9 cm. The medium bag - holds, for example, mascara, eye pencils, eyeshadow palettes, etc. Shown in the photo with bracelets and cosmetics. Bag size: base 12 x 8 cm, bag height 10 cm. The largest bag - holds cosmetic pencils, brushes, hygiene items, etc. Bag size: base 13 x 10 cm, bag height 13 cm. Material: pattern and lining of cotton fabric, fabrics pre-washed. Filling: thin polyester batting. The bags are sewn from Christmas-pattern fabrics, upcycled materials. All bags are different.

How and how quickly will my order arrive?
We ship orders to a parcel machine or by courier across Europe. All products in the shop are dispatched within 2–7 business days. For special orders we agree the delivery time separately.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, products bought from the online shop have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive them. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items made specially to order cannot be returned.
How do I care for woolen and linen products?
We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we're happy to make products to order — for example in the colour, size or with the embroidery you want. Get in touch and we'll talk through your wishes.

In my work I place great emphasis on quality and sustainability. I mainly sew handmade products for the home, office, kindergarten, school and as gift bags, using leftovers from large-scale production and materials sourced from second-hand shops (upcycled/zero-waste).
Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
